PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for departmental procurement in accordance to the district procurement plan, and responsible for inventory of food service supplies and equipment for the district. Supervise and manage warehouse personnel and delivery drivers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Nutrition, Business Administration or Equivalent Field
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient skills in typing, word processing, and file maintenance
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Calm and patient demeanor with staff, students and public
Knowledge of methods materials, equipment and appliances used in food preparation
Experience:
Five years’ experience in a foodservice environment |
